Before becoming a FocalPoint Coach, Pat had a significant impact as the Executive VP of Operations at Aquion Inc, a water conditioning equipment manufacturer, where he created a strategy that improved value and drove results, introduced a Lean Continuous Improvement culture, and provided operations leadership throughout four facilities. He drove growth and cost-improvement initiatives that delivered revenue growth while doubling EBIDTA.
Pat is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and has a passion for traveling and experiencing different cultures. He and his family have lived in various regions of the U.S. and the world, and they continue to travel extensively.
